I’m a big fan of Air Fryers these days, so when the chance came to test out the Vortex Mini, I wasn’t going to pass it up. This isn’t a sponsored video- I just intercepted this Lil’ Crispy as it made it’s way to my sister!
If you are wondering whether the Vortex Mini is big enough for you, I show you 3 simple air fryer cook-ups to give you an idea what it’s like – croissants, cheesy bakes and, of course, chips/french fries! I think it’s great for cooking small portions and super quick too. I hope it helps you decide whether the Vortex Mini is big enough for you.

Cooking Times and Temperatures in this video:
Frozen Croissants: Manufacturer recommendation 180c (fan) for 18-20 minutes.
I used 170c on Bake for 15 mins
Frozen Cheesy Bakes: Manufacturer 200c for 25 minutes. I used Airfryer on 180c for 20 minutes
It does depend on how big you’ve cut them but for these chips I used: Max Airfryer setting, 15-18 mins
